As a founding director and partner of the Regional Insurance Services Inc., Luis has for the past 20 years helped numerous business owners and managers protect their business, employees, personal assets and their lifestyles.

Luis believes that continuing education is a life time commitment. His professional designations include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, and he is a Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Fellowship of the Institute of Risk Management

As a volunteer, his community and business involvement includes, among other organizations, being a Trustee with the Toronto General Hospital (1994-95), and a member of Zurich Canada Broker Advisory Panel (1996-98).

Armindo is a founding director and partner of The Regional Insurance Services Inc. For over three decades he has been helping business owners and manufacturers select insurance and risk management solutions to protect their businesses, factories, personal assets, and employees.

Armindo believes that personal development is of paramount importance to better serve his clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto, a Chartered Life Underwriters designation from the Institute ofCanada, and is a Certified Risk Manager by the Institute of Risk Management.

He has dedicated countless hours to volunteer organizations in the community. Among others, he
served the United Way as a community co-chair; as a director of Skydome Corporation; and as a director of Abrigo, an organization against violence in the family.
